For those of you who need some male cards, I think this type of card could do just the trick. I made this card with a few different stamps from Stampscapes rubberstamps. There are 5 different stamps used in this card. You are just building a scene. I stamp my entire scene with black stazon on glossy white cardstock. Then I apply the color with makeup sponges and your color ink pads. (whatever brand name you use as long as it's not an opaque ink.) Really easy.

Sending a Smile
Wow, I can't believe it has been so long since I blogged. I was a little busy this past week. My son's bowling ended this past week so maybe things will slow down a little now. lol This was one of the cards I did in class this past saturday. I used the rubberstamp tapestry acrylic set. They work just as great as the wood pegs. If you need to make some quick cards this card really only took about 15 min total.

You're a hoot!
Another whipper snapper stamp. The store just got some new ones in so of course I had to have a few. Owls seem to be the big thing and when they are as cute as this guy whoooo wouldn't want to have one. This is a great way to give some goodies to a special little Valentine.
Now I have to go dig out of all the snow that I didn't know we were getting last night. Thanks for stopping by. Remember to put a smile on your face and you will have a better day.
Nuts about you
I was so excited to play with some of my new whipper snapper stamps. I started with this cute squirrel and turned the card into a pocket card to hold a little something special. You can't see it in the photo but I also used Chrystal laquer on the acorns and distress stickles on the peanuts. Too cute.

Luck of the Irish
Don't these bees look like they have been partying a little early. They look a bit tipsy, but they make you want to smile. This is a double card design. Where those half circles are they create hinges to lift the bees up and create a space for a small note or sentiment and then the entire card itself opens like a regular card would for you to write more. Fun card full of surprises for the recipient.
